The “Perfect Workout” Trap
A lot of people think they need the perfect workout plan before they can start making progress.
The perfect program.
The perfect schedule.
The perfect motivation.
But the truth?
A simple workout you actually complete will always beat a perfect workout you keep putting off.
A 30-minute strength session.
A walk after dinner.
10 minutes of mobility between meetings.
These things might seem small, but they build the foundation.
The biggest difference I see with successful clients isn’t that they always have more time or motivation.
They have a system.
They know what they’re doing, when they’re doing it, and they keep showing up even when life gets busy.
Question for the group:
What is one small fitness habit you’ve been able to stay consistent with recently?
