As I've been thinking about Cups of Grace and the conversations we've been having around rest, reflection, and pouring into ourselves, I realized something.
Many of us have spent years taking care of everyone else without stopping to ask:
"How full is my cup right now?"
So I created a simple self-reflection assessment called:

It's designed to help you pause, check in with yourself, and identify areas where you may need more rest, support, joy, or attention.
There are no right or wrong answers.
Just an opportunity for awareness.
