Grief has a way of dividing life into before and after.
This week, we are not trying to fix anything.
We are simply acknowledging what changed.
If it feels safe to share, reflect on one or more of these:
- What feels most different about your life right now compared to “before”?
- What is something people don’t see about your grief?
- What has felt unexpectedly heavy?
- What has helped you get through even one hard day?
- What does your heart need most this week — comfort, understanding, strength, space?
There is no pressure to answer everything.
One sentence is enough.
A single word is enough.
This space is about honesty, not perfection.
We are starting with acknowledgment — because healing begins with naming what is real.
