If you’re here, it means you’re carrying grief. You don’t have to explain it. You don’t have to fix it. You don’t have to rush it.
This is a safe, private space for people walking through loss. You are welcome whether your grief is new, complicated, quiet, loud, or something that doesn’t have a name yet.
A few ground rules so this stays safe for everyone:
• Be kind and respectful
• What’s shared here stays here
• No judgment, fixing, or rushing someone’s healing
• Share only what you’re comfortable sharing
If you’d like, please introduce yourself in the comments:
• Your first name
• Who or what you’re grieving (only if you want)
• One thing you hope to find here
You are not broken beyond repair. You are allowed to grieve here.
