MONDAY: NEW WEEK 🔥

New Every Morning

Lamentations 3:22-23

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Monday gets a bad reputation. But here's what Monday actually is: a fresh supply of mercy.

You didn't earn it. You didn't wake up good enough for it. God didn't check your track record from last week before deciding to release it. His mercies aren't based on your performance. They're based on His faithfulness. And His faithfulness doesn't take weekends off.

Whatever last week looked like—the failures, the moments you fell short, the things you said you'd do and didn't—they don't carry over. This morning the slate is clean. Not because you cleaned it. Because He did.

"New every morning" means today is not last Monday. It's not last year. It's not the version of you that keeps making the same mistake. It's a new morning with a new supply of grace to move differently.

The question isn't whether the mercy is there. It always is. The question is whether you'll receive it — or whether you'll drag last week into this one and waste today grieving what God already forgave.

Pick it up. Step into this week. His mercies are waiting. 🙏

Reflect: What from last week are you still carrying that God has already covered? Leave it there. This is a new morning.
