I'm not sure why you wouldn't use a banner when you Go Live. Test them see what stops your traffic see what gets you leads. If you really want people to grab your freebie then you have to give them a reason. If one banner doesn't work try another one but don't quit. It works.

Example: I have a coupon for a restaurant but no one's just gonna grab it because I say 'Grab my coupon" but if I say "New Restaurant, open 24hrs, $5 for their burger meal and the burger...the burger was delicious, juicy, flavor was incredible" oh and here "Grab my coupon". Do you think they'll take the coupon now? Think of it like that when you are giving your freebie away.

People will read faster than you can talk.
