We’re building a full Workout Library inside the Gojo community for everyone to use and learn from. 💪🥋
This library will include exercises and training ideas for:
• Gym workouts
• Bodyweight & at-home training
• Equipment-based exercises
• Strength & conditioning
• Martial arts performance training
• Mobility, flexibility, and recovery work
The goal is to give students a place where they can constantly improve their fitness, athleticism, and martial arts performance no matter what equipment or experience level they have.
