First Dr & Some Black Friday Magic - 22 New Members & $17k Profit
I finally finished my first-ever DR with my first-ever client. I just wanted to share the results and get some feedback. I ran the DR around the second week of November for a free trial and a testimonial after months of cold outreach.
Here's the breakdown:
List size: 568
Opt-in: 92
Appointment booked: 69
Show: 48
Show rate: 69.5%
Niche: fitness
Conversion: 1 sale 🤣
My client was thrilled to have her classes packed, and it was so busy a lot of people opted in for the 10-day free trial and even brought their family/friends (I couldn't track this, so I imagine the show rate is higher).
But, I was a little disappointed we couldn't close more people. So I had an idea to run an email and text campaign for the DR list during black Friday weekend.
We ran the campaign and closed 22 new memberships worth $17,161 for the client 🤩 Needless to say, she was thrilled, and I was relieved. It turned the campaign around.
Learning points:
-Although it's not entirely our responsibility to close the deals. What advice would you give to clients who don't have a sales structure and a closing script? Is there one we can provide? I think this will help tremendously.
