My to do list this week
1. Complete my application to WebWOC for the fall semester.
2. Move more, at least 30 minutes of activity per day, gotta lose that 5lbs I found last week
3.Change my eating habits. No fast foods this week.
4.Log my Blood pressure daily, I’m on a monitoring program and I haven’t logged In 3 weeks. P
