Plan Your Day
At the end of every day is prepare for the next day.
  1. Review your calendar for any meetings and block out those times to include a buffer of 10-15 minutes before to review any pertinent information.
  2. Identify tasks that need to be completed and rank them based on level of effort. (If it will require a lot of time, complete it first)
  3. Set a focus timer to stay on task while completing the task. 30 minutes of work 5 minute break until the task is complete.
  4. Identify a stopping point. This can be challenging but trust me when I say, if it’s not on fire, it can wait until tomorrow.
