I am requesting a refund for my FlickUp account.

I purchased multiple FlickUp subscriptions and spent a significant amount of money on the platform to generate AI images. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to use all of my purchased tokens before FlickUp shut down.
I still had unused tokens remaining in my account when the platform was closed. Since FlickUp has permanently shut down, I can no longer use the subscriptions and tokens that I paid for.
I saw in the shutdown announcement that users who need a refund should contact your team. Therefore, I kindly request that you review my account, purchase history, and remaining token balance.
Even if a full refund is not possible, I would greatly appreciate consideration for at least a partial refund, as I spent money on multiple subscriptions and lost access to the unused value when the platform closed.
