Last night on our Intro to GHL call, one caller got excited about training the AI before their calendar was even integrated. Totally understandable—this platform is complicated, and most people don’t even know where to start. That’s why we always come back to the basics: if your calendar isn’t set up properly, your AI can’t book calls, no matter how good the conversation is. Build the foundation first, then let the fancy features shine.
