How to have conversational AI manipulate opportunities?
Not really sure how to use school...so here it go's. asked us to post questions. My question is I want to better learn how to have my conversational AI take info from a chat it is having and place it in fields within a opportunity it creates or an opportunity that already exists.
Also how do you make sure that it does not overwrite the wrong opportunity when a lead or client has multiple opportunities in the same pipeline. Is that possible?
