Bike racks (on cars) in Portugal?
Does anyone have one?
AND if so is it connected to a tow bar/hitch?
AND did having a tow bar/hitch make your car and insurance more expensive
AND did you have to take another test because you now have a bar/hitch that means you might be towing (even though you only got the bar/hitch to put a bike rack on it?!!!!)
