Exercise after Meso
Do you exercise after your treatment? I really want to do my treatments Friday night and workout the next afternoon. The directions say to wait but I was wondering if people exercise anyway. I get Botox for migraines and I always exercised afterwards. My dr never told me not to that I recall. But the books say not to. I’ve been doing it for years!!!
