Module 8: Testing and QA
In products that involve money, the smallest of errors can have serious consequences. Edge cases, test cases, and high-risk flows are all very important to test the quality of a product before it's released for use.
Users may forgive missing features, but if trust is broken due to low quality, there's no coming back from it. You need to proactively consider risk, reliability, and user confidence every step of the way.
Quality is NOT optional.
