Today was about goals and it made me realize something simple.
Most people have goals. Very few people have a plan.
Writing down where I want to be in 12 months is one thing. Breaking it all the way down to what I need to do today, that's where it gets real. That's the difference between dreaming and actually moving.
The goal isn't motivation. The goal is structure. Because motivation fades but a system keeps you going.
Small daily actions. Consistently. That's the whole game.
