Module 9: User Feedback and Continuous Improvement
Like I previously mentioned, product development doesn't end at launch. For a product to be useful, there needs to be constant evolution.
Feedback can be collected in various forms and then grouped to prioritize features for the next version of the product. Products need to grow alongside their users. Long-term success is determined by how well a product keeps up.
If you want your product to succeed: listen before you build.
