What I learnt?
I learned what compliance managers truly value, including business understanding, risk-based thinking, and clear communication. I now see how proactive learning and visibility make a real difference in career progression.
What I am achieving?
I am developing the confidence to speak about AML risks, suggest improvements, and communicate clearly.
Why it matters?
In competitive fintech environments, interns who understand both business and risk are the ones retained. Technical knowledge alone is not enough without initiative and communication skills.
