What does a Cyber Exec help with?
Most small companies don't think about cybersecurty. So when the topic is brought up, they say "We're covered". The reality is, you're not thinking about the impact to the business due to cybersecurity risks.
So... what ate some of the MANY topics we can discuss?
- Business Impact - How long could we survive if we have a security breach? How do we measure this?
- Policies - I keep hearing about policies. What policies should we have in place? Can you help us implement them?
- Device Management - What's the easiest way to figure out how many devices we have and how do we make sure IT is managing them correctly? When should I replace them?
- Access Management - How do other companies handle granting access to systems? How do I know who's supposed to have access to what?
- The Cloud - We're 100% cloud based. What's our risk?
- Cyber Insurance - What's do i need to know about and how likely is it that we'll be paid if an incident occurs?
- Budget - What's too much and too little to spend?
- Compliance- I need to be compliant with xyz. Can you guide me through where to start?
- Leadership Development - how do I ensure my IT teams prepared for the new threats we face?
- What (insert tool here) should we use?
- My IT teams say "x"... are they right?
I could go on and on, but these are just some of the topics we work with people on a daily basis.
