Trying to figure out Sylectus Platform

Hi! Has anyone use sylectus? I’m trying to figure out how it works! I already bid directly on the platform and contacted the broker via email but had no answer, my next move is to call the broker directly, but if anyone has any advice I really appreciated 🙌🏼 thanks!
