Things I noticed so far in my learnings

So I’ve been learning about dispatch/ brokering via online (here) and in person. Soaking up all the knowledge via reading and shadowing dispatchers. I noticed a lot of the work is simple BUT in its own way complex. Simple ina way where there is a flow and system to doing the job, but complex in multi tasking.

it’s all about the details/ communication/ efficiency when handling multiple loads. A lot of mitigation/ prevention so that things can be picked up/ delivered with minimal issues.

I’ve also noticed lots of driver fraud.

so having the proper verification for your drivers is important.
