Introduction
Hello everyone! Im not new to dispatching but Im new to this community. Im also a former OTR driver. I have decided to niche in open deck specialized freight.
Three things I want to learn
1) Get my first 1-2 carriers in 30 days
2) make at least 5k to 10 per week dispatching
3) Learn how to transition from dispatching to getting my own authority and leasing drivers under me.
