Intro
Hi, I’m Sonja.
Hi my name is Sonja, and I’m based in Omaha, Nebraska. I’m entering truck dispatching with a fundamentals-first mindset and a long-term goal of building a profitable, sustainable operation. My initial target is $8,000–$10,000 per month as I build skill, consistency, and trust with carriers.
I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:
- A deep understanding of lanes, rate discipline, and broker behavior
- Real-world insight into how profitable dispatchers actually make decisions
- Strong systems and habits that scale beyond “trial and error”
For fun, I like to do these 3 things:
- Learning new skills that lead to real income and independence
- Staying active and movement-based workouts
- Creating structure and systems that make life (and business) run better
