👋🏽 Hi, my name is Abdishakur, and I'm from Nairobi, Kenya. and I plan on making $5,000 per month dispatching trucks. I’m a dedicated and motivated individual who is passionate about the truck dispatching industry.

I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:

How to get truck drivers
Set up systems for billing, tracking expenses, and dispatching drivers ( CRM )
How to get very good paying loads and work with shippers directly

For fun, I like to do these 3 things:

Travel the world 356 days visiting new places〽✨
Make new friends and have fun together.
Playing PUBG, watching movies, and skydiving with my crew

As I grow in this industry, my main goals are:

✅ To build strong, long-lasting relationships with reliable carriers and brokers
✅ To consistently find well-paying loads that keep drivers profitable and moving
✅ To stay updated with industry regulations, load boards, and route optimization tools
✅ To eventually grow a team of dispatchers that provides 24/7 support to carriers nationwide

I believe in hard work, clear communication, and making sure both the driver and the client are satisfied every step of the way.
