Hi my name is Shantisha. I live in North Carolina and I plan on making at least $5,000 per month dispatching trucks.

I want to get these 3 things from this course/community:

1. Learn how to communicate clearly and concisely, negotiate rates and terms, relay instructions for pickups/deliveries, and handle updates or complaints

2. Finding and booking profitable loads, assigning them to the right drivers/trucks, optimizing routes for efficiency, and managing timelines to avoid delays

3. Understand key regulations, maintaining detailed records, time management to maximize productivity, and using technology/software effectively
