Stop looking for clients. Start letting them find
Everybody wants the shortcut.
“Where’s the secret website where clients hang out?”
“Which platform has the easiest gigs?”
“Who’s going to give me my first big break?”
The truth?
You’re asking the wrong questions.
Clients don’t appear because you hit “apply” 200 times.
They appear because your work and your energy are everywhere.
📌 Post content every day.
Not perfect content. Not “once I feel ready” content. DAILY content. The more people see you, the more they trust you.
📌 Show your process.
If you’re writing for yourself, post it. If you’re practicing with AI prompts, share the before/after. Clients want proof you can do the work.
📌 Go where your clients hang out.
If you want to ghostwrite for CEOs, comment on their posts. If you want to write for coaches, answer questions in Facebook groups. Engagement > begging.
📌 Stop worrying about “looking professional.”
People hire people they like and trust — not a polished logo. Let them see YOU.

Play the long game.
It might take 30 days of posting before someone DMs you. It might take 90. But when they do, they’ll already feel like they know you — and that’s when selling becomes easy.
