This weeks challenge is all about YOU.
This week I simply want you to take (1) hour a day for yourself. ONE HOUR. Whatever that may look like for you, it's crucial to understand that if you don't change the habits of the mind and body- those habits will change you.
So let's start small. If you have to split up your hour, split it up! But everyday this week, I want you to take that hour to yourself unapologetically.
Light a candle. Read a book. Sit in silence. READ YOUR BIBLE. Again, whatever that hour may look like for you- all that matters is it's yours.
