Why G2L changed
G2L started in 2024 as a creative playground for building with AI. It was fun and exploratory, and we got a lot right. But it did not change much in ways anyone could measure.
In May 2025 I stepped back to work on how I was leading. I wrote about it here: https://www.skool.com/genai-growth-labs-6038/refocusing-g2l-leading-myself-before-i-lead-others
Since then I have focused on building a solid foundation under my family and my work, so that I can do creative and productive work in a way that lasts. I wanted skills deep enough that, if I lost what I had built, I would know how to build it again.
What I kept coming back to is simple: the useful skill is not collecting AI tools. It is understanding your own work well enough to organize it into workflows that keep working. One workflow is where you learn. The value comes from building many.
So G2L is now the free practice space for that. The old courses are archived, the spaces are new, and the first step is One Useful Workflow.
I'm glad you're here, and I'm looking forward to seeing what changes for you, one workflow at a time.
