I'm trying something new that's working well.
When someone joins my community and says they're interested in Skoot CRM (via membership questions), they get a different welcome message.
One with my calendar link.
This morning:
• New member joined
• Answered "yes" to wanting Skoot info
• Got my calendar link automatically
• Booked a call for tomorrow
All while I was doing other things.
How It Works:
Skoot CRM reads their membership question answers and sends segmented welcome messages.
YES to your offer = Calendar link included
NO to your offer = Pure value welcome
What I'm avoiding now:
• Manually checking who's interested
• Copy/pasting calendar links
• Missing hot leads
• Generic welcomes for everyone
Plus automatic follow ups if they don't respond:
Day 2: "thoughts?"
Day 4: "just checking in"
Day 7: "did a bear eat you?"
I built Skoot CRM to solve my own DM overwhelm. This feature is saving me hours per week.
Curious if this would work for your community?
