Used to only find out when revenue dropped
What actually happens:
- Card fails and they disappear
- Someone clicks cancel and walks away
- Members churn silently
I started messaging people when this happens
Problem is I'd have to live in my inbox 24/7
Now with Skoot CRM:
Member's card declines → I get a push notification → They automatically receive a personalized DM
Someone clicks cancel → I get notified → They get a save message
Member fully churns → I get alerted → They get a last chance DM
