I wish I would have found Garret's page sooner, as we have had our 13 year old Chocolate lab (Elvira) on BPC-157 and TB-500 for several weeks. That said, if the math isn't mathing for you, I did find this site when I was originally researching dog dosing info. There is a calculator if you scroll all the way to the bottom.
