uhhh what?
im confused about this. the subject is "a series of catacombs", which i thought was singular. so, shouldn't the verb that refers to it be a singular kinda one too?
also, i know you technically COULD use 'THE METHOD' (with like singular/plural stuff) to eliminate the options, but i try to avoid that during practice questions because you should still know the logic behind the answer.
