Tips for a 1600 score: Sat advice from a 1590 scorer
The sat really doesn't test anything other than your ability to know how to take the sat. Collegeboard got so lazy that they started reusing questions (refer to the June Sat). The math was so easy on that test, especially if you got form c, that you really didn't need to know math and more needed to know how to use desmos to solve the problem.
For English: a different story. Vocab and grammar are questions you should be getting right all the time purely because it's practice based. Once you learn all the grammar rules and learn prefixes/sufixes, your set. For the bullet points, and this might be controversial, but the sat has started giving false answers that seem right. Just to double check, make sure you look and see if your answer is supported by the points. For everything else, it's just practice. The answer choices are very similar to each other despite the content of the question. If you figure out these little hints, your set.
