Feeling overwhelmed?
Not gonna lie recently I have been feeling overwhelmed quite often.
I just think too much, I wonder of you relate. 🤔
For example when I'm cooking my food I’m like “Damn still haven't replied to that guy I'm working with, still need to get toothpaste, still need to upload that content.”
It can get really overwhelming and make me anxious.
But there is hope. 🙏
I have found the solution.
Action steps to help:
  1. Mindset shift, “Cross that bridge when it comes to it.” use this when you think about stuff that are hours away or whatever, it makes you present.
  2. Reminders app, of one of the things is urgent put it in your to do list in reminders and do it when your free that day or ASAP.
  3. Idea bank + quest log, this is what I do for long term actions and etc, for example I get a thought that I should move around my room while I'm in deep work I would put that in my idea bank then go through my scheduled time to check it then put it in my quest log and take action on the date!
(I use telegram for my idea bank chat private channel, and notion for the quest log.)
