CHALLENGE CONQUERED: 10K Activities in ONE DAY ✅
Remember my post when @Sofiya Pierce threw down the gauntlet and challenged me to beat her 10K activities in a single day on Skool? Well... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED AND CRUSHED 💪 Final score: 10,540 activities 🔥 I was planning to do this Thursday, but then I saw a post about ranking and thought "let me just quickly check out these comments and engage with the community..." 3,000 activities later: "Well, I'm already this deep... might as well finish what I started" 😅 The Game: Spent hours going through posts and got completely hooked on book recommendations. Now I'm obsessed with "He Who Fights With Monsters" (currently on book 1, but I think I need the physical copy because this story deserves my full attention!). Maybe I discovered next favorite book series completely by accident?? Now, here is where challenge got REALLY interesting... I wasn't just mindlessly clicking (though Skool did tell me to slow down at one point ). I was choosing posts that caught my attention, and I discovered something about engaged communities. They don't just share niche content, they create REAL conversations about everything because they're actual communities, not just content dumps. People started DMing me saying they noticed I liked a bunch of their posts. These conversations are turning into genuine connections! Seeing what works in highly engaged communities gave me a treasure trove of ideas for my own community engagement Every challenge I do has a specific goal, but the surprise benefits are always better than what I originally aimed for. This one was supposed to be about hitting a number . Instead it became a masterclass in community engagement and genuine connection. Big shout out to @Sofiya Pierce you were right, this was tough but so worth it!

What are the 7 Top Secrets To Building an Engaged Community?
Yesterday, I met up with Goose and Evelyn and a bunch of other Skoolers at the Oktoberfest. Before we hosted a mastermind in Munich to discuss highly engaged communities. We didn’t just cover the core 3 essentials of every community, but also the 3 most important traits for every community owner. In the video below, I synthesized everything into actionable tasks and included a 7th which helps you grow your community on autopilot. Next week we are going to cover how we got the star. Huge shoutout to @Sofiya Pierce again for coming up with the strategy. Add it to your calendar here. What do you think are the top 7 secrets? Find out by watching the video below.

What Is Your Networking Spirit Animal?
Hello everyone, so happy to be in The Game among such brilliant minds! I'm passionate about art, creativity, chocolate & connection(at a very human level). Love the online game and I'm here to stay. When it comes to networking I'm actually the Sloth, I take a while to get back to DM's and e-mails but by the time I do get back, I do it with intention and heart 🧡 HOW ABOUT YOURSELF: If your networking style was an animal, which one would you be and why (maybe drop a Gif to illustrate?)

From “This is Hard” to “This is Fun”
The other day I was scrolling through my community to check in on the activities and engagement, and I stumbled upon a post with this meme: "I'm not gonna have a bad day. They're gonna have bad me." At first, it made me laugh. 😂 But then I remembered why I love this picture so much . It’s such a perfect example of reframing. And reframing has honestly been one of the biggest game-changers for me. For example: There were mornings when I’d look at my schedule and think, “Oh no, today will be so difficult — I have way too much to do.” And guess what? The day almost always turned out… difficult. Why? Because I had already set that expectation. So I started experimenting. Instead of thinking “it’s going to be hard,” I’d reframe it: “This will be fun, because with this task I’ll meet new people, with that one I’ll learn a new skill… ” Suddenly, my to-do list felt more like a game. It also changed how I saw people. Before, if I met someone and felt no connection, I’d write it off as a lost cause. And if someone annoyed me? I’d label them as “just an annoying person.” I challenged myself to find one thing I genuinely liked about that person and tell them. And every time, the relationship completely changed. Turns out, they weren’t annoying at all. I was just stuck seeing only one side of them. When I showed up differently, they did too. That’s the magic of reframing: it doesn’t change the reality it changes how you see it. And that changes everything. I’m curious do you use reframing in your own life? If yes, what’s your go-to trick? And if not, how do you handle difficult tasks or difficult people in a way that shifts the energy for you?
