What are Grey Jedi? Who are they?
As you may know, I am quite the Star Wars geek. It feels like the perfect theme for this community because learning the ways of the force is quite similar to learning how to engage in a community. But there was always something off about the Jedi Order. In most stories, there is a clear distinction between good and evil. The Sith are obviously the evil ones, but the Jedi never seemed to be the good ones. The Jedi feel like the other extreme of the spectrum, where you are not allowed to feel anything. No emotion, no passion, no love? No, thank you! Fortunately, there is a third order. The Grey Jedi are all about balance. They are the bridge connecting the dark and the light side. Taking the best of both to create a better world. Ashoka Tano, Qui-Gon Jinn, Raven and even Luke Skywalker are some good examples. (In Legends, Luke even marries Mara Jade, who is a former assassin of the emperor) I can’t think of a better community to be part of. Who doesn't want to be an ancient space wizard? That is what we are building here. An order of Grey Jedi acting as a bridge to connect all communities into one ecosystem of balance. What kind of Force powers would you like to have?

What drives your engagement?
In September, @Lukas Schmidt & @Sofiya Pierce were hosting the Networking challenge in this community, with the primary goal of connecting people and the secondary goal of getting the Star. I've always loved connecting with people, and have always loved supporting good people doing good things, so I started to spend more time engaging here. Really, it was just about the spirit of the game - I wasn't even aware there were prizes. That's how you know you have something great - when people willfully engage simply because it's fun to do. Lo and behold, that spirit of playful engagement got me to the top of the leaderboard for September and I won a free audiobook of He Who Fights With Monsters (I've read through the first 3, and have been on a bit of a break, but am very excited to jump into #4 here!). What other community does that?! A real tangible reward for my online interactions! Thank you Lukas & Sofiya for the generous gift, for your efforts to bring together these amazing people, and for sharing your talents within Skool. We wouldn't be here without you 🙏

What are your core values?
When we get excited or fired up to help people, it’s normally because it aligns with our values. That deep internal place where you are moved to make a difference. Recently, I’ve been moved to build my values around financial stability, peace and healthy love. Most of my life, I invited and created chaos as a trauma response to being rejected. So now I want to help others remove chaos from their lives so that they can thrive and make a life that supports their creativity and brings them money. Values example: When I see, someone overwhelmed with too much tech, and useless ads agencies bogging them down, I want to be like, “hey this can be so much easier.” 😁 What are your core values? And how do they play out when it comes to serving people?
What are your core values?
Hey everyone I’m Ayan
really happy and grateful to be here! I’ve been working with creators to help them grow their YouTube channels and Skool communities from setting up systems to creating thumbnails and videos that truly represent their message. I enjoy helping people organize their creative work so they can focus on what matters most: sharing value and building genuine connections. But more than that, I’m here to learn and grow alongside all of you. Every community has its own energy, and I can already feel the positivity and purpose here. I’m excited to pick up new ideas, improve my own systems, and share whatever experiences might help others too. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and building something meaningful together.
Networking Challenge: He who fights with monsters 🚀
Networking works at every level. Every conversation has the potential to change our lives. But we can only have so many conversations every week. That's why we created this challenge, to increase the leverage of each connection. By sharing who we connected with, we expand our reach and help each other meet the right people. Here is how it works: 1. Create a post to participate in the challenge. Title: [Your Name] October Networking Challenge Week 1 Body: Reflect on your last week and set an intention for this week. How many calls do you have booked? 2. After you connect with someone, comment your notes. I just connected with ___, who is ahead / beside / behind me. They help NICHE with DREAM OUTCOME. Notes from the call. 3. Bonus objective: He Who Fights with Monsters Each month we are listening to an audiobook. If you resonate with a character in the story, let us know. By understanding who we relate with, we learn more about each other. Each week, I will go over everyone's connection and count them. The top 3 players with the most connections will get a special merch item. 🏆 The top 10 players on the 30-day leaderboard will get the audiobook for next month. 🎁 The challenge ends on the 31st of October. Are you ready to take your networking to the next level?
