50% Growth in 30 Days | The New Meta For Growing on Skool
In the past 30 days, we got over 100 new members in this community. If you joined in the middle of this, you probably missed the challenge that kicked off everything. We ran a networking challenge to grow faster together and share our networks. If we share our notes from our networking calls, we all benefit as one big organism. That is how we win together as ONE community. During today's call, I will share my challenge playbook with you so you don't have to start from scratch. This works if you have 20K+ members or a few hundred. You are just one challenge away from getting the โญ Star, the ๐Ÿš€ Rocket, or even winning the Skool Games. Today, we will also celebrate the winners of the September Networking Challenge. Since we got the star, the top #10 on the 30-day leaderboard will receive a mystery prize and the first merch drop of this community. ๐ŸŽ Any guesses what this could be? Congratulations to: 1. @Lukas Kulbis 2. @Sam Rathling 3. @Mariam Kipiani 4. @Justin Yip 5. @Paula Soito 6. @Michael Owen 7. @Rich Guy 8. @Demareon Jones 9. @Melvin Zhang 10. @Mirtha Pena I am also announcing the new theme of this community and what you can expect in the future. Add it to your calendar here. See you there?

End of Networking Challenge ๐ŸŽ‰
Today is the final day of the challenge. We set out to make September a month of networking. This month brought new wins, new friendships, and new opportunities. As a result, The Game now sits at rank #15, a massive leap from where we began at #104. Grateful to every single one of you who showed up and made this challenge what it is. ๐Ÿ™ The winners will be announced tomorrow on the Weekly Game Call. As we wrap up the challenge, itโ€™s the perfect time to reflect on the wins, the connections, and the moments that made this time special. At the end, it's all about the friends we made along the way. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Give a shoutout to the players you connected with during this challenge. ๐Ÿ‘‡

CHALLENGE CONQUERED: 10K Activities in ONE DAY โœ…
Remember my post when @Sofiya Pierce threw down the gauntlet and challenged me to beat her 10K activities in a single day on Skool? Well... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED AND CRUSHED ๐Ÿ’ช Final score: 10,540 activities ๐Ÿ”ฅ I was planning to do this Thursday, but then I saw a post about ranking and thought "let me just quickly check out these comments and engage with the community..." 3,000 activities later: "Well, I'm already this deep... might as well finish what I started" ๐Ÿ˜… The Game: Spent hours going through posts and got completely hooked on book recommendations. Now I'm obsessed with "He Who Fights With Monsters" (currently on book 1, but I think I need the physical copy because this story deserves my full attention!). Maybe I discovered next favorite book series completely by accident?? Now, here is where challenge got REALLY interesting... I wasn't just mindlessly clicking (though Skool did tell me to slow down at one point ). I was choosing posts that caught my attention, and I discovered something about engaged communities. They don't just share niche content, they create REAL conversations about everything because they're actual communities, not just content dumps. People started DMing me saying they noticed I liked a bunch of their posts. These conversations are turning into genuine connections! Seeing what works in highly engaged communities gave me a treasure trove of ideas for my own community engagement Every challenge I do has a specific goal, but the surprise benefits are always better than what I originally aimed for. This one was supposed to be about hitting a number . Instead it became a masterclass in community engagement and genuine connection. Big shout out to @Sofiya Pierce you were right, this was tough but so worth it!

September Challenge: Digital & Physical Loot
With the end of the month and the quarter, we are starting a new chapter in The Game. Each month, we'll explore a new story as a shared community quest. The winners of the networking challenge get the audiobook as a reward for the challenge. This month, we are listening to: HE WHO FIGHTS WITH MONSTERS --- Jason wakes up in a mysterious world of magic and monsters. Itโ€™s not easy making the career jump from office-supplies-store middle manager to heroic interdimensional adventurer. At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. Heโ€™ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and thatโ€™s just on the first day. Heโ€™s going to need courage, heโ€™s going to need wit, and heโ€™s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, heโ€™s going to need pants. --- It is probably the favourite book of this community because I have recommended it so much. I know @Lukas Kulbis @Leif Early @Aaron Elsner @Cody Isabel @Lorena Vukiฤ‡ are already big fans. There are even some previous posts about the book: - If you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss gazes back. - I Read 12 Books in 2 Months... - New Quest: He who fights with monsters If you don't usually read fiction, then this is your chance to try something new. Tactics and strategies will only get you so far, but beliefs and mindset are the real game changers. That is why I love fiction, because we get to copy the beliefs and mindsets of the characters by putting ourselves in their shoes. It also helps us understand each other by saying who we relate to. For example, I relate to Luke Skywalker. โš”๏ธ
September Challenge: Digital & Physical Loot
Is there a skill you've been building a little extra this week?
I called with @Lukas Schmidt and in that call he: connected me with people that can guide me in the right direction, organized my ideas and thinking, and talked me through my current obstacles. I called with @Sam Rathling and she gave me monetization and offer ideas, encouraged me through relating her own experiences, and literally gave me full business mentorship on the spot! More on that to come... but this is a post to express my appreciation for that and share how they helped me move through confusion and doubt, because I feel like that's been one of the main obstacles for me throughout the networking and discovery calls. I'd say self-confidence, especially while speaking, is the main skill I've been honing in on this week. Now I worry much less and just commit to the best words I can come up with so that I can be forward-moving and helpful overall to whoever I'm connecting with. There are obviously lots of other qualities, listening often being the most important one, but I'd love to know if there's a particular skill/strength you've been building lately this week! ๐Ÿ‘‡
