What are your favorite practices to cultivate focus for long periods of work?
My top practice
and the one I’ve been most dedicated to
is definitely meditation,
currently at 3 hours a day.
This year alone I’ll soon pass 500 hours,
bringing me past 2,000 hours total since I started.
Besides this, I love all types of awareness practices, like hypnosis.But I know there’s more out there.
