What's the biggest network you're already in?

I don’t do “networking” the business-card way. I do connection. Head, heart, and breath aligned.

We’re in a critical moment as a species. AI is sprinting off the edge of a cliff, the planet is wheezing, our attention systems are fried worse than a gold-fish.

Every good story says the same thing when the hero faces Armageddon: we are strong together.

This isn’t left vs. right, flags, or bank accounts. It’s our kids and their kids. When you zoom out far enough, the labels blur.

We are similar in more ways than we are different. We are united through the breath.

Breathing is such a clear example that we are part of so much more than what's on the inside of our skin. With every breath, we connect our internal and external realities - Inhale: receive. Exhale: give. Repeat.
