  • Prepare yourself to begin
  • Starting in 5 seconds with the first inhale in through the nose 5,4,3,2,1
  • In 2,3,4, 5, 6 out 2,3,4,5,6
  • (Pause for one second)
  • In 2,3,4 5, 6 out 2,3,4,5,6
  • (Pause for one second)
  • In 2,3,4 5, 6 out 2,3,4,5,6
  • (Pause for one second)

Continue breathing like this for the next couple of minutes
Breathing in for a count of six seconds and breathing out for a count of six seconds, pause for one second at the bottom of the exhalation.
As you breathe in, feel your ribs moving outward, and as you breathe out, feel your ribs moving inward
REPEAT for 4-5 minutes
