Discipline, for me, isn’t about forcing more into my schedule.
It’s about supporting myself in advance.
What I learned is simple.
Planning better like getting ahead on Sunday or early Monday would make this easier.
That’s not a failure.
That’s information.
Discipline can be gentle.
It can sound like, “Let me set future me up to succeed.”
When discipline comes from self-respect instead of pressure, it becomes sustainable.
