Welcome.

The fact that you are here means something.

It means you are an accountant, qualified, part-qualified, or studying, who has looked at the world of ERP and transformation and thought: I should be doing more of this.

You are right.

Your accounting qualification is not a ceiling. It is a foundation.

Everything you have learned about how money moves through an organisation, how invoices are processed, how ledgers are structured, how periods are closed, how controls are applied, how reports are produced, is exactly what ERP systems are built to support.

Most people on ERP programmes learn that from scratch. You already know it.

Future Defined Academy exists because nobody showed me this map when I needed it.

I am Fall4U. I am an FCA and FCCA with over 20 years of experience across finance, ERP, and transformation. I have worked on Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Unit4, across Scottish Government, UKHSA, Prudential Insurance, Capgemini Digital Scotland, L&Q, and more.

I made the transition from qualified accountant to Finance BA to Workstream Lead to Transformation Lead. And I built FDA because you should not have to figure that out alone.
