Booked Another Demo Call This Thursday...
So yesterday I sent out about 100 SMS messages and one guy actually replied today saying he’s interested.
I gave him a call, explained what I offer, how I help him get more reviews, more customers, and rank higher on Google Maps. After I went through everything, he asked me if that means he has to give me his customer information.
I told him yes, and he said that’s a concern for him because he doesn’t trust just anyone with that info.
So I suggested we schedule a quick demo call where I can show him the whole process, the automations, and exactly how it works so he can see it with his own eyes.
He agreed and I booked him for this Thursday.
My question is, what do you guys think I should say to him on the call when he brings up the concern about sharing his customer information? I’m not exactly sure how to handle that part yet.
If a client told you this, how would you respond?
