14 Years Old Trying to Make Money — Need Help!
Hey Future Billionaire Club, how’s everyone doing?
I’m 14 years old and trying to figure out how to make some money. I’ve been trying to get into the high-level community but haven’t had much luck so far.
Recently, I found a guy who told me about posting rental listings for agents or property owners, and that when they close a deal, I’d get paid a commission between 10% and 40% of the rent. But honestly, I don’t fully trust this guy or how it works.
Can anyone here help me understand if this is real or if there’s a safer way to start? I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance.
