Everyone has a funnel, not all of them are getting leads.
A funnel with no leads is like a leaky bucket, all that water (your ad spend) falls out of the funnel and onto the floor. Here's how to fix it.
- Lead Magnets - Offer your prospect something super valuable, that completely solves a very narrow problem. This will increase your opt-in rate (for us, we saw a 20% boost from just this tactic) and build more trust with your prospects when you make future offers. (Bonus points if it's very valuable to them, but very low cost to you.)
2. Split-Test Your Headlines - As David Ogilvy once said ""when you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your marketing dollar". Create a split test for your landing page and test different headline to see which one gets more opt-ins. (You can find great headlines to test by looking at your competitors funnels)
3. Create Curiosity - People can't stand open loops, it's the reason why cliffhangers on a TV show hit so hard. Curiosity in your sales copy will not only get more people to opt-in, but will also get more people show up to your sales call, webinar, or any other conversion event. Give them just enough to get them interested, but not so much that they have no reason to show up.
