- I feel like I regressed on this a bit. I was working out 5 days a week And tracking my food intake. Then I was moving through heaviness and needed rest and feel off track. But I have been still moving my body, dancing and walking. My eating habit is all over the place. I’m aware of my bodies needs and when each chakra is under or over stimulated I do something to keep balance it again.
2. lots of opportunities to realign my own energy back on myself and my inner world have popped up. I’m working on creating a collection of guides and guardians I work with on a daily basis into alter piece pictures. To bring these guides and guardians into the physical so I see them daily reaffirms the inner to outer.
3. I’m staying in my own frame more. When I feel others energy it’s becoming easier for me to hold my energy in peace and relaxed state as sensations flow through me instead of holding on. I’m neutralizing things I use to big deal such as things that I don’t like and things I put over importance on.
4. The more I get myself to relax into all energy the easier I feel safe. I accept that there are things in the world that can seem disturbing and don’t feel good. But I accept them anyway and allow it to exist without trying to change it or make it wrong. This one is really starting to sink in. It’s been a challenging one.
5. I’ve been validating and keeping a higher perspective as some of these experiences rolling in and it makes it so much more ease to move through when I’m not fighting it.
