Tech issue won’t let me login into my AI

Hi! I’m probably not the only one who has this issue that’s why I’m writing on here…I keep on reading about what our ai can do and I can’t wait to use it. However, it’s been a while now and I still can’t login into it. There is no registration button (look at the attached picture). I have written to Jane (lovely assistant) and she said she’d send it up the ladder but that’s also been a couple days. Maybe I’m missing something, maybe there’s a different direct link to register? (I can login into my Fundwise agents dashboard and click on the little robot but that’s it) Help, please
