Launch Issues

I am having trouble with what the best way is to test the back end. As far as the banks are concerned, am I required to contract with them all individually? I must be missing what training that part is. Please advise. I really need to get this going yesterday.

Is there a workshop that i have missed? I've done a lot on my own, but tying in the crm and putting through sample applications whereas the system functionality can be seen is either lacking or i am missing something and if I need to be re onboarded Ill d o that as well. I cant get a response on the slack channel I was told to ask these questions on.
