I mentioned on Monday I was helping a client with some court stuff with a collection agency. Well we sent out #Bonus : Debt Disclosure Statement that is available to you all - Jefferson Capital System did not respond bc that document is so powerful! They will not sign it under penalty or perjury bc what they are doing is fraud. Well guess what tribe!? They also didn’t show up to PRE TRIAL today and my client
